What do the size options mean?

The first three numbers are your bundle lengths and the last number is the closure length. For example, 14 16 18 12 means 14", 16" and 18" bundles with a 12" closure.

Is this enough hair for a full sew-in?

Yes. Three bundles plus a closure is the standard kit for a full, no-leave-out sew-in or a closure wig.

Can I wear it straight?

Yes. It's human hair, so you can flat-iron it with a heat protectant. The pattern comes back when you wash it.
